I chose SOAR because of their flexible scheduling and confidence they could do the work. We’re a 100 year old organization, and were looking to understand the current community demographics and characteristics to inform enrollment and branding. The (SOAR) team outlined phases for implementation, identified low hanging fruit, and focused on what was most helpful from a marketing point of view.  Consultants had a great rapport with staff, and collaborated to present the final product to staff and BOD. We’d love to identify another initiative and work with SOAR again.
