The support we received from SOAR and our dynamite team of consultants surpassed our expectations in ways I can’t even begin to describe. The team spent months learning about our organization, engaging community members, and constructively questioning key aspects to gain an understanding of the work that needed to be done. This work pushed us to be better as individuals and as an organization. Our work with SOAR enabled us to chart a bold and innovative path forward designed to position GRCB as a more effective, collaborative, inclusive, and resilient organization so that we may further our mission and ensure long-term sustainability.
