Our SOAR team is now considered a major part of our JAE family. They continue to meet weekly via zoom with a key strategic planning group in our organization. These meetings are a time of deep connection, reflection and critical planning. We always leave these meetings with very actionable steps, which always leaves us feeling supported and moving forward.
