We truly appreciate the consultants from SOAR for their guidance and facilitation skills as we developed our agency’s strategic plan.  With the growing demographics of older adults and continued evolution of health and human services, it will become increasingly more important that our strategic plan focuses our efforts and resources in the most effective way possible.  Our final plan reflects this thinking and direction. SOAR’s unique experience, from both the private and non-profit sector, helped challenge our team to frame our strategic priorities.  The SOAR team sought to truly understand who we are as an organization, our mission, and to help us articulate our vision and goals for the future.
