SOAR helped us develop and launch an employee engagement survey at a time when our organization was going through the Great Resignation. We sought an assessment to help us retain our staff, many of whom were working in essential front-line roles during the COVID pandemic.  We continue to use this survey to see how staff are feeling and address any concerning trends.
