The Library Land Project’s mission is to explore, document, and promote the essential role of libraries in our communities. SOAR helped clarify our thinking so we could ultimately develop fee-based services. Thanks to SOAR, we have a clearer idea of what we offer, why our offerings make sense, how they will work, and how they’ll meet the needs of the library community.
